At the iconic new location Fullerton Waterboat House in Singapore, the talented Chef Aitor brings the best from his roots at the Basque Country, considered one of the most prestigious international cuisines. With an incredible background, Chef Aitor presents his heritage at every dish, a gastronomic experience that will captivate and fascinate diners.
At the heart of the restaurant we find the JEMI monoblock kitchen totally custom designed with a single 3 mm top. Finished in brass and lacquered in black. It has induction hobs, 450ºC cooking plate, Chef chrome griddle with water channel, deep fryer, and Josper Basque grill.
