HOST MILANO 2019! The best hospitality equipment exhibition fair worldwide has finished, accomplishing the high expectations created.

From October 18 to 22, Jemi has been present in what is today the best fair in hospitality sector. We continue participating in Host for its worldwide impact and success in the sector. It has been five exciting days receiving our partners, clients and many visitors to present our news and latest technologies.

We have introduced our latest developments in the dishwasher and cooking equipment lines.

On the washing side, we want to highlight the presentation of the new “compact” rack conveyor excellent performance in a more compact module, and new technologies for rack and flight tunnels. Focused on the prewash and rinse section mainly. These technologies will allow the user to reduce water consumption in both rinsing and manual prewashing by an automatic prewash system with an externally removable filter and an automatic cleaning system for the entrance table – for flight tunnels – both technologies will reduce the entry of solid waste and food debris into the main washing circuit. Achieving a perfect cleaning result is with a lower water consumption.

Furthermore, we have presented our new hood dishwasher model, with a useful working opening of + 40 mm compared to the predecessor model. Structurally designed with total enclosure of the rear, with standard back panel that allows placing the machine completely against the wall, as well as the worktables.

Finally, we have presented our definitive osmosis equipment model exclusively designed for high quality glassware with the new chemical product – detergent and rinsing – achieving a perfect result brightness in the glassware and without manual polish.

In the kitchen line, we present the new Fry top with water channel, expanding the CHEF range. The new Fry-top with water channel allows to constantly controlling the temperature of the kitchen frontal avoiding overheating of the zone. On the other hand, the water channel makes easier cleaning the top and sides.

The new controls in the cooking line had a very good reception again and they positioned Jemi as the only manufacturer that incorporates standard aluminium knobs. Providing a high quality standard and great endurance, unlike the competition that keeps with the standard plastic knobs. The brass finish of the new knobs has been presented having a very good reception from the professionals and giving a touch of classic cuisine.

We are very satisfied with the results and the good reception of all our new arrivals. We have had a large influx of public and constant visits of great interest. We are very enthusiastic to keep growing internationally and nationally, consolidating the brand and products and achieving the goals set. Together we have achieved great success in #HOSTMilano2019.
