These special options are normally demanded by hospitals, laboratories and caterings whose sector requires a higher degree of sanitation, such as the aviation sector. In the case of some centres where the requirement of the thermolabel test requires the installation of the special Jemi system for washing tunnels.
Due to the sanitary crisis situation that we are living with the COVID-19. We want to emphasise and inform all interested parties about our systems and options that further improve the sanitisation and disinfection of the wash, exceeding the most demanding certifications.
The different systems and options are explained in detail below:
Rinsing at constant temperature: It allows the entire rinsing process to be carried out at constant temperatures of 85 - 90 ºC. By means of a rinsing pump and a larger capacity open boiler, it provides the necessary rinsing pressure and a constant high temperature for perfect sanitisation. This option is available for undercounter, dome and utensil washers.
Thermo-stop system: It consists of a safety system that ensures and guarantees that the wash is carried out at a temperature of 55 ºC and the final rinse of the cycle at a temperature of 85 ºC. Available for undercounter, dome and utensil washers. Can be incorporated in already installed dishwashers.
TCV rinsing system: Efficient and ideal rinsing system for basket and chain conveyor tunnel washers. In combination with the ECO Boosted Rinse, we keep the rinse temperature constant at 85 - 90 ºC. We reach the required temperature and for the required time to pass the thermolabel test. This label verifies that the washed material has been perfectly sanitised. At a sanitary level for hospitals and in different caterings with a high demand in their safety protocols, its use is essential.
NEW Dishwasher EC Series special glasswhich incorporates the constant temperature and thermo-stop rinsing system as standard. The glassware will be perfectly sanitised, as well as guaranteeing the perfect drying and polishing of the glass, avoiding the manual reworking of the material and excessive contact with it.
