As the hobs are placed over a water tank, all the grease is deposited in this tank so that it does not dry out, and when it is drained, cleaning is quick and easy. The tank is made with rounded edges and top quality stainless steel. The water level is marked by an overflow, providing a few centimetres of water sufficient for the Chef cookers to work properly. As in all versions of gas hobs, these are also removable in the water version, leaving the tank completely clear.
It is highly recommended to incorporate the option of stainless steel rod grills in the Jemi Chef version cookers. They make it easier to work with pots and pans.
