Jemi's N Series industrial fryers (oil and water) are frying systems designed to optimise performance in the catering industry by physically separating impurities by operating with one third water.

High power in resistors
Resistors with temperature control by analogue or electronic thermostat. Perfect thermal distribution between the resistance length and the KW, avoiding burning the oil.
Up to 10L the baskets are rectangular. From 11L upwards the baskets are round and the models can be fitted with a manual basket lifter.
Removable heating elements, tank with rounded edges and perfectly welded to the work surface. Cold zone on the inside to collect residues and oil drainage in the tank.
