HOST MILAN 2019

HOST MILAN 2019

HOST MILAN 2019! The world’s leading trade fair for hospitality equipment has come to a close, setting the bar very high.

From 18 to 22 October, Jemi took part in what is now the leading trade fair for hospitality equipment. We remain committed to and continue to participate in Host due to its significant impact and success within the sector worldwide. It has been five exciting days welcoming our partners, customers and a host of visitors to showcase our new products and the latest technologies.

We were delighted to present our latest additions to our range of dishwashers and cooking appliances.

On the washing side, we would like to highlight the launch of the new ‘compact’ conveyor tunnel, which offers excellent performance in a more compact design, as well as new technologies for conveyor and chain tunnels. These are primarily focused on the pre-wash and rinse stages. These technologies will enable users to reduce water consumption in both the rinse cycle and manual pre-wash. Through an automatic pre-wash system with an externally removable filter, and an automatic cleaning system for the inlet table – for chain tunnels – both technologies will reduce the entry of solid waste and food residues into the main wash circuit. In this way, a perfect cleaning result is achieved, and above all, with lower water consumption.

We have also unveiled our new dome-shaped dishwasher, which offers a working opening that is 40 mm wider than its predecessor. It is structurally designed with a fully enclosed rear section, featuring a rear panel as standard, which allows the machine to be positioned flush against the wall, as well as the workbenches.

Finally, we have unveiled our final model, designed for glass cleaning using an osmosis system, alongside a new chemical product – a detergent and polisher – achieving a perfect, sparkling finish on the glass without the need for a second pass.

As part of our cooktop range, we are introducing the new Fry-top with water channel, expanding the CHEF range. Until now, it was only available in the hob version. The new Fry-top with water channel allows the temperature of the front of the cooktop to be constantly monitored, ensuring it does not become too hot and cause burns. Furthermore, the water channel makes cleaning easier.

The new controls in the cooktop range have once again been very well received, positioning Jemi as the only manufacturer to fit aluminium controls as standard. They offer a high standard of quality and excellent durability, unlike the competition, whose standard controls are made of plastic. The finish on the new brass control knob has been introduced as a new feature, proving extremely popular and adding a touch of classic kitchen style.

We are very pleased with the results and the positive reception all our new products have received. We have had a large turnout and a steady stream of very interested visitors. We are committed to continuing to grow both internationally and nationally, consolidating our brand and products, and meeting our set objectives. Together, we have achieved great success at #HOS™ Milan 2019.

See you in 2021!
