At the iconic new Fullerton Waterboat House in Singapore, the talented Chef Aitor brings the very best of his Basque roots, considered one of the most prestigious international cuisines. With an incredible track record, Chef Aitor showcases his heritage in every dish, offering a dining experience that will captivate and fascinate diners.

At the heart of the restaurant is the JEMI monoblock kitchen, designed entirely to order with a single 3 mm worktop. It features brass and black lacquered finishes. It features induction hobs, a 450°C cooking plate, a Chef chrome griddle with a water channel, a deep-fat fryer and a Josper Basque-style grill.
